Hacemos clases para prisioneros, niñas traficadas,
discapacitados, socorristas, jovenes en riesgo y
mas. Estamos formando una red de voluntarios.

Tax deducions are available.
Monthly pledges are welcome.

Note: we have no paid office staff, minimum
printing and expenses. But we do have travel and
maintenance costs, in spite of doing everything on-
the-cheap!

WHAT WE ARE DOING IN 2020:

EXPANSION - We continue expanding projects in
Central America, to prisons, public schools, juvenile
programs, disabled an elderly groups and many others.

"CHARITY YOGA" -- The ideal of a “yoga of social
service” is being advanced.

PERSONAL ATTENTION – We are focusing more on one-
on-one. A human rights worker has been helping me also
resolve many inmate problem s-- this in countries
notorious for poor inmate services and lots of unjust
arrests.

UPGRADES – We are now focusing on a 3-part course,
with a certificate given at the end.  (To those
who have never earned any thing that’ isa big deal!)

SPECIAL-NEEDS TRAININGS – These certificated
classes are being given periodically at low cost.
Educators, psychologists, yoga teachers, human rights
workers and others are welcome.

MY PERSONAL COSTS -- I cover my  travel and living
expenses. Additionally, in prisons, I make frequent gifts
of cheap toothpaste, flip flops, soap, or share coffee with
the group, plus print and give out thousands of my little
booklets.  I pay the expenses of my human rights
helper.

“WE ARE MAKING A DIFFERENCE”
Participants say they are more at ease, have less anger
and stress, a new sense of worth and hope. Emotional
and physical health improves.

“THE TRICKLE UP EFFECT"
Our meditations are life-supporting. A "trickle up effect"
of well-being is created from places most people consider
the bottom of society.

"This service has brought me into contact with
extraordinary individuals who show a degree of
    compassion, intelligence, patience, kindness, and
good humor in the face of adversity that frequently
puts me to shame, but more often inspires me to
    practice more seriously myself!"

and you fed me...
I was sick and
you looked after me
I was in prison
and you visited me."
