mas. Estamos formando una red de voluntarios.

Note: we have no paid office staff, minimum
printing and expenses. But we do have travel and
maintenance costs, in spite of doing everything on-
WHAT WE ARE DOING IN 2020:
EXPANSION - We continue expanding projects in
Central America, to prisons, public schools, juvenile
programs, disabled an elderly groups and many others.
"CHARITY YOGA" -- The ideal of a “yoga of social
service” is being advanced.
PERSONAL ATTENTION – We are focusing more on one-
on-one. A human rights worker has been helping me also
resolve many inmate problem s-- this in countries
notorious for poor inmate services and lots of unjust
UPGRADES – We are now focusing on a 3-part course,
with a certificate given at the end. (To those
who have never earned any thing that’ isa big deal!)
SPECIAL-NEEDS TRAININGS – These certificated
classes are being given periodically at low cost.
Educators, psychologists, yoga teachers, human rights
workers and others are welcome.
MY PERSONAL COSTS -- I cover my travel and living
expenses. Additionally, in prisons, I make frequent gifts
of cheap toothpaste, flip flops, soap, or share coffee with
the group, plus print and give out thousands of my little
booklets. I pay the expenses of my human rights

Participants say they are more at ease, have less anger
and stress, a new sense of worth and hope. Emotional
and physical health improves.
“THE TRICKLE UP EFFECT"
Our meditations are life-supporting. A "trickle up effect"
of well-being is created from places most people consider
the bottom of society.
